We are thrilled you have chosen to carry ATELIER SAUCIER goods in your retail establishment! Below are terms + conditions relating to our wholesale partners.
BUYER TERMS AND CONDITIONS ACCEPTANCE
ATELIER SAUCIER (herein after “AS” and/or “Seller”) acceptance of your (the “Buyer”) application and wholesale orders is expressly made conditional on Buyer’s agreement to these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions set forth on this wholesale/buyer application, order confirmation and/or invoice will govern ALL transactions between the Buyer and the Seller. Seller specifically rejects any terms or provisions which set any standards, specifications or damages related to quality and time of delivery or which contradict or purportedly claim to supersede these terms and conditions.
By requesting AS to supply goods to you, you acknowledge and agree to the Wholesale Terms and Conditions set forth.
HOW TO ORDER
Wholesale orders can be placed by emailing bonjour@ateliersaucier.la. Standard lead time to ship is 14-21 days unless otherwise noted.
You are also welcome to place you order through Faire, an elevated wholesale platform, using the following link: ateliersaucier.faire.com.

MINIMUM ORDER
A minimum order of $200 is requested for opening wholesale orders. Re-order minimum is $160.
WHOLESALE PRICING
Agreed upon wholesale pricing will be determined based on anticipated volume and order frequency. Buyer must supply a valid California Seller’s Certificate to qualify for tax exemption.
MINIMUM RETAIL PRICING
An agreed upon minimum retail price for each wholesale item will be determined with each Buyer. Buyer must alert ATELIER SAUCIER with any intention to lower pricing of product below minimum.
PAYMENT TERMS
AS will invoice directly upon receipt of order. Payment is due in full prior to shipment of product. You will complete your purchase online through a secure platform. Payment is preferred via ACH or check. Payments made via credit card or PayPal will be subject to a 3% processing fee. Failure to pay on time will result in the immediate dissolution of the wholesale partnership.
SHIPPING / DELIVERY
Shipping or delivery expenses will be billed to Client on final invoice. Client may also provide shipping account information.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For pre-order items, orders must be cancelled no less than 30 days from the beginning of the quoted ship window. If cancelled within 30 days of ship date, we will charge card on file for the entire order subtotal.
CUSTOM ORDERS
We love collaborating with our retail partners on custom designs. We kindly require a 50% deposit to begin custom production. For custom orders with a ship date of less than 10 business days, or for orders subtotaling less than $500, a 100% deposit is requested. Balance is due when order is completed and ready to ship. Order will be shipped once balance is paid.
DAMAGED GOODS
If your items arrive damaged from shipment or a force majeure, please contact us immediately at bonjour@ateliersaucier.la so that we can address + assess the damages and expedite replacement goods.
RETURNS POLICY
Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival. If any items are found to be defective or of unacceptable quality, please email bonjour@ateliersaucier.la immediately and AS will promptly replace the item. Returns of unused, unopened product will be accepted within 15 days of receipt. All sales of custom goods are final.
FABRIC DISCLOSURE
All napkins are pre-shrunk and pre-washed prior to being cut + sewn. Due to the nature of our reclaimed and repurposed fabrics and handmade products, there may be slight variations – which lends itself to the one-of-a-kind nature of our products.
IMPACT
AS is committed to giving back to the community that continuously inspires us. A portion of all sales benefit local organizations that promote food + wellness initiatives throughout Los Angeles. Thank you!
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Buyer undertakes proper use of the ATELIER SAUCIER name and logo when advertising items supplied by AS and anywhere where the items are described or named including on websites, labels and invoices. Buyer must not use or permit the use of the AS name or logo in any manner that would be detrimental to or inconsistent with the brand name, good will, reputation and image associated with the Intellectual Property of AS.
