SHIPPING

Your order information, history and delivery status are accessible upon signing into your ATELIER SAUCIER online account.

All domestic packages are shipped via UPS or USPS within the United States.

Orders placed via our website will be shipped within 2-5 business days.

Please allow 5-7 days for Standard Shipping, dependent on delivery location and its proximity to our Los Angeles Studio. Express delivery options are available. 

For Overnight Shipping, orders must be placed by 12PM PT, for same day shipment. Orders placed after 12PM PT will be shipped the following business day.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

All orders over $100 will qualify for complimentary Standard Shipping.

*We work with incredible partner brands to offer a thoughtfully-curated assortment of products. These items ship free + directly from the brand to your doorstep for a streamlined delivery experience. Items from our brand partners are only eligible for Standard Shipping.

We currently ship to the following international countries via our website:

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be absolutely in love with your purchase. ATELIER SAUCIER accepts returns of domestic U.S. orders. Product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and notified within 15 days of sale.

Returns are not accepted on international orders.

All sale items are FINAL SALE.

Embroidered or custom items will not be accepted for return or exchange without appearance of a clear internal defect.

For any questions regarding our return policy or to begin a return, please email bonjour@ateliersaucier.la.

We will provide a free prepaid return label. Once your return is received, please allow up to 7 business days to process your refund.

For exchanges, we kindly ask that you return your items, per the instructions above, and place a new order online.
