Care Guide
Wash by hand. To clean the blade, use a non-abrasive sponge with dishwashing liquid then dry carefully with a soft cloth. Never soak the knives. Dry thoroughly after washing. To maintain the longevity of the blade, a little bit of cooking oil can be applied on the blade to create a protective film.
