WEST~BOURNE

It was a total honor (and an absolute treat) to source the mix + match of denim fabrics used to create west~bourne’s custom ‘kins: chambrays, Japanese denims, engineered print – what else could one ask for? Rewriting the script of what it means to be a neighborhood restaurant, California-inspired west~bourne not only gives back to its local NYC community by funding a culinary education course for at-risk youth, but also hires graduates from that very program. Oh, and the food is pretty out of this world too – you can thank us for the recommendation later!
