SHIPPING + RETURNS POLICY
Your order information, history and delivery status are accessible upon signing into your ATELIER SAUCIER online account.
All domestic packages are shipped via UPS within the United States.
Please allow 1-2 business days after placing your order for processing. Orders placed via our website will be shipped within 3-7 business days, once processed. As our Team takes extra health + safety precautions amid the current COVID pandemic, please allow for possible delays in shipping – we will do our best to contact you if your order is scheduled to ship outside this normal window.
Please allow 5-7 days for shipping for Standard shipping. Express delivery options are also available.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
All orders over $75 will qualify for complimentary Standard shipping.
We currently ship to the United States through our website. If you are interested in ordering items for delivery to another country, please email [email protected] and we would be happy to provide a shipping quote and handle your order directly.

We want you to be absolutely in love with your purchase. ATELIER SAUCIER accepts returns of unused product in its original condition and packaging within 15 days of sale.
Embroidered or custom items will not be accepted for return or exchange without appearance of a clear internal defect.

We are happy to provide a prepaid return label, and will deduct $7 from your refund total. Once your return is received, please allow up to 7 business days to process your refund.
For exchanges, we kindly ask that you return your items per the instructions above and place a new order online.
